Fair Standards for Defining a Whole Grain Food
Anyone interested (May 2009)
Different U.S. government agencies have several different definitions of what constitutes a "whole grain food." The WGC is encouraging the government to harmonize these conflicting standards into a single definition, to communicate more clearly with consumers and so that manufacturers can create products that meet a single common standard.
