½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon orange zest
¼ teaspoon cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds for garnish

Cardamom and cinnamon may conjure up memories of wintertime dishes, but we enjoy these overnight oats year-round. You can substitute your favorite kind of milk and add any fruit on top!
