Home > Millet and Teff with Squash and Onions

  1. Rinse millet until water is clear. Place in a large pot.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix thoroughly.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.
  4. Check seasoning and serve.

½ cup teff grain

4½ cups of water

Pinch of sea salt

1 large onion, sliced

1 medium butternut squash, skin removed and cut into bite sized chunks
