  1. Squeeze lemon juice on chicken breast and season with salt and pepper. Rub thoroughly. Grill at medium-high heat for about 10 to 15 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside to cool, then slice chicken breast into strips. 
  2. Cut pita in half. Assemble sandwich by opening the pocket of each half and filling with lettuce, chicken, cucumber slices, diced tomato pieces, parsley, and sprouts. 
  3. Finish with a drizzle of tahini if desired.
