  1. Set oven to 450°F. Shape dough into a large, thin pizza shape and set on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Spread honey evenly across the dough, then top with ricotta and blackberries. Bake until crust is golden-brown, about 20 minutes.
  3. Top with fresh mint, then cut into small, thin rectangular pieces.
