Ingredients
2 slices whole grain bread
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 small apples
lemon juice, to taste
1.5 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 sprig fresh dill
2 ounces smoked salmon
Instructions
- Cut slices of bread in half. Roast bread and pumpkin seeds in a pan until crispy.
- Wash the apples. Cut one apple into 8 thin segments and dice the other apple. Sprinkle apple pieces with lemon juice.
- Combine cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Chop dill and fold it into this mixture along with the roasted pumpkin seeds and diced apple.
- Put one slice of smoked salmon on each piece of bread, spread on the cream cheese mix and decorate with dill and apple segments.
