We created this page to assist any new conference sponsors who would like to see examples of how some of our past sponsors have used their display tables at WGC conferences.
Some sponsors simply drape their table with a branded table-cloth, and create a tasteful display of product samples and literature. Other do the same, with extra samples for giveaways. Sponsors will sometimes add a tabletop display, or add a pop-up banner, too. In short, our sponsors are welcome to do whatever they’d like with their 6’ x 30” table and the space behind it. Please note that most hotels do NOT permit you to attach signage or posters to the walls, so make sure that all displays or signs are free-standing.
If you are a larger sponsor using two tables, you’ll have twice this space: two 6’ x 30” tables or the equivalent space.
Sponsors’ display tables will be set up in the space where we have meals and breaks – guaranteeing that everyone will see your display whenever they want to eat. We recommend you man (woman?) your display during meals and breaks – but your staff can still attend all sessions, since displays are closed during sessions.
