Ingredients

½ cup plain Greek-style yogurt

1 roasted red bell pepper, diced

¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

4 slices whole grain bread, toasted

1 avocado, sliced

½ teaspoon za’atar seasoning

Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, red bell pepper pieces, and black pepper.
  2. Spread each slice of toast with about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture, then top with avocado slices.
  3. Finish each tartine with a pinch of of za’atar seasoning.
